Its subtle swimming action and distressed movements quietly draw the attention of predatory fish.
Designed for dead-slow to slow retrieves, the lure gently quivers its body to imitate a weakened baitfish struggling and wandering near the surface. Its delicate, understated action is also highly effective for black sea bream and seabass hunting for swimming clam worms.
A slight shake of the rod tip produces an agonizing, rolling turn action, as if the baitfish is in distress. A “Shake & Go” cadence—alternating between subtle shaking and slow retrieve—is especially effective: distress action → slow retrieve → distress action → slow retrieve.
On a controlled tension fall, the lure sinks diagonally forward while swaying naturally from side to side. Despite its slim jointed body profile, the lure weighs approximately 13.7 g, providing solid casting distance.
Primary freshwater targets are bass, including both largemouth and smaller-mouthed species. In saltwater applications, it is highly effective for seabass and black sea bream. Because this lure relies on extremely subtle movement, a leader of 16 lb test or lighter is recommended for best performance.
